For many people, insomnia has become something which is very disturbing and afflicting. It also has become an obstacle to live their lives. Even, it has been reported that insomnia can trigger weight gain due to lack of sleep. This is because lack of sleep makes sufferers feel tired and lazy to do exercise. Best sleep aid is something they need for sure.

The daily habits of people can cause difficulty to get asleep, such as caffeine. High intake caffeine during the day can hamper sleep. As we all know that caffeine is a stimulant which can prevent sleepiness. Avoiding caffeine before bedtime is one of best sleep aid.

Eating meal in a large portion just before bedtime can also hamper people to obtain a deep sleep. Eating a large meal should be done a few hours before bedtime so that you can sleep tight.
