These products seldom fulfill their promise. As a fast growing epidemic, insomnia must be handled comprehensively. With more than a third of adults having sleep disorder, insomnia cures are surely needed.
For most of insomnia sufferers, insomnia has made them afflicted by a living nightmare without end. About 45 percent of the sufferers take sleeping tablets to overcome their problems. But do the
