What is insomnia definition? In a very simple understanding, insomnia definition is a condition where people are not able to fall asleep. The inability to sleep can influence everyone temporary. Almost a third of people in the world are considered to have this problem, and about 10 percent of them are in chronic condition.

Fortunately, most people do not have those illness but they really have to find methods to lessen stress and get again the routine of sleeping at night.
