Being unable to get asleep at night is really an afflicting condition. It is more than just an annoyance. If you are regularly deprived of sleep for many nights, you may have insomnia sleeping disorder. This insomnia disorder can be a serious problem that leads to health issues which finally influences your personal and professional life.

When you have a few nights you cannot take asleep for a little while caused by stress or illness, you may get an insomnia disorder which called transient insomnia. This is a mild case of insomnia disorder. Meanwhile, the true insomnia disorder is diagnosed when you have a long term problems of falling asleep and keeping asleep. This may happens for a few months, and this can be called chronic insomnia. But this could not be considered serious when you can identify the root problems of your insomnia disorder.

Except stress and underlying physical illness which most cause insomnia disorder, there is also the common cause of insomnia disorder called sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is the condition where you stop breathing periodically when you are sleeping for about thirty seconds at a time. With sleep apnea, you may feel that you have had a full eight hours of sleep, but be tired and nervous the next morning. Or you may often wake in the middle of the night with no clear reasons.

Breathing disturbances like asthma or emphysema and obesity also can be the underlying causes of sleep apnea. Snoring or struggling to breathe when you wake in the middle of the night can be the signs of sleep apnea. Immediately see a doctor to get help. This insomnia disorder is very treatable disease.

No matter what your insomnia disorder comes from, you should touch it directly as soon as possible. It may seem not dangerous to you, but insomnia disorder can weaken your immune system, lessen your ability to struggle against illness, and other adverse problems. Repairing your sleep disorder earlier will save your life.
