There are two kinds of insomnia that we have to face. They are acute and chronic. Acute insomnia usually doesn’t last for a long time. It is referred to as short time. It can last more than three times a week for about a month. If we suffer more than this, it can be what we call chronic insomnia. Acute insomnia can be induced by these things such as moving to another home, or city, or country, having a new job, everyday stress or a disease. Generally,
after a short period of time we can adjust ourselves with the new situation or condition naturally. It is a little different when dealing with chronic insomnia. These
insomnia facts usually brought on nervousness, depression, pain, unpleasantness, and chronic stress, which do not go away quickly.
This kind can last for a longer time, especially if we have chronic pain.

Trying to sleep at the same time every day can be useful. Our body will become accustomed to the regular habit, but we have to avoid daytime naps.
