The very important state to reach a good night’s rest is the silence. This can be an insomnia remedy. You will keep awake when there is too much sound around you. You should try to make your bedroom as quiet as possible. If you cannot overcome the noise that disturbs you to get asleep, you can use ear plugs to help you.

The comfortable temperature in the bedroom

A cool and well ventilated bedroom will increase sleep and the stage of the falling asleep. If the temperature in your bedroom is too warm, it can make you hard to sleep. Adjust the temperature into the comfortable for you. This natural insomnia remedy will give you rejoicing sleep.

Dark bedroom

While snack with high carbohydrate has been used an insomnia remedy because of it can increase serotonin to promote sleep. A cup of warm milk and crackers are good natural insomnia remedy too.
