sleeping disturbance can be very distressing as you try so hard to get asleep.
Perimenopoause insomnia is also usually accompanied by
sweat and anxiety. You can overcome this problem by opening your window to let fresh air circulating in your bedroom or taking off your bedclothes to cool down. It is also great to avoid heavy duvet cover or blanket. It may be enough to use just a light cotton sheet.
